  • We give estimates based on an hourly rate and on the common tasks required for your project. We will need more information about what you have and what we need before we can do that. Contact us, and we will reply with an estimate of the time required and a suggested budget.

  • Our fees include licensing for all designs we create specifically for our clients. Licensing for all assets will be included in your invoice, and all documentation will be transferred to you after the final invoice is closed.

  • It is sometimes possible for us to do rush orders for an additional fee. Send us a message as soon as possible, and we will get back to you to let you know if we have space in our schedule for a rush order.

  • We give unlimited revisions upon reason with all of our design services. You will not get a cash refund if you do not like your design. We will make adjustments according to your vision, until we get you what you want.

  • After payment has been received we start the design work or printing process.


  • The first proof will be sent in 24-48 business hours generally, but can take longer depending on our work load. 


  • If turnaround times exceed 24-48 business hours, you may not cancel your order nor may you get any type of cash refund.

  • Turnaround times may vary depending on what type of service or products you ordered and depending on our work load at the time. If business is slow, turnaround times will be faster, if we are busy then turnaround times may be delayed. You are not entitled to a cash refund if your order is delayed.
